Our group classes are the most effective way to train, offering motivation, energy, and a dynamic atmosphere. Partner drills are an essential part of the program, ensuring skill development and engagement. Classes are offered for both males and females Classes are open to both male and female students. Class times are scheduled based on available hours and are available upon request. Please note: sessions held at a client’s location may incur additional costs and liability. In addition, proper training equipment may not always be available outside our facility.
